  I used this cleaners to have my 4K wedding dress dry cleaned. Raj the owner (very sure of himself) called and said there was a problem with the dress. The dress was ruined! He told me that the coating on the detail on the front had come off and stained the dress and also the beading detail on the back of the dress had broken. I actually got married in France and was having another reception in England where I wanted to wear the dress again. He assured me that he could rectify the problem, but couldn't get the dress ready until the day before the reception. I trusted he was going to rectify the problem as he was so convincing. When I collected my dress it wasn't fixed! The staining was still on the front and the beading on the back was considerably shorter. Raj has blamed the manufacture although he told me in a conversation that he read the care label after the clean (he had been doing the job for many years and knows what he is doing). The dress has been looked at by the manufacture and they have clearly stated that the dress was dry cleaned the wrong way. I am now going to seek legal advice as my wedding dress is ruined!
