  The best ever landlord and housing association. There is a waiting time when you are calling but also there is an online system where you can report faults. Great communication and great service . Can not thank enough to Jackie Marchant, dealing with our request and trying her best. Thank you Network Homes for offering me and my children a '' home''.

  The worst service ever, their staff came to check if the water leak in my neighbours flat coming from my bathroom, took the bathroom panel off, broke the wood boards behind the toilet and sink and left themopen and exposed, saying they will contact me to repair. Of course they didn't when I managed to talk to them, they were rude enough to say I should pay for it. when I finally talked to a manager she never did what she promised, my flat is infested by rats now. I had to throw away lots of packed food and constantly cleaning the flat. Despite all this, they still talk about sending a plumber sometime after easter holidays. They have no problems getting my service charge payments.Shameless treatment. I wonder what would they do if this happened to them.
